1:1 Coaching
Transformation takes time. Your body, hormones, gut and training can’t transform over night (as much as we’d all love that!). Thats why I ask for a minimum 3 month commitment, so that we can truly work on your transformation together and make it a transformation that lasts. Although you’re welcome to continue working with me on a monthly basis after your initial 3 month commitment ends.
Working together over 12 weeks allows me to offer truly personalised and science based nutrition nutrition and lifestyle advice helping you to achieve your goals and see results.
My 1:1 coaching package costs just £180 per month (minimum 3 month commitment) and includes:
a full initial diet, training and lifestyle assessment (90 minutes)
monthly 30 minute catch up call
weekly email check-ins
Personalised nutrition recommendations based on your training & lifestyle goals.

continuous coaching and support
Supplement suggestions
Body composition, metabolism and hormonal testing are also available.

A Power Hour nutritional consultation with me costs just £120 and includes:
