My mission
For ALL people, training or otherwise, to feel strong and in charge of their bodies EVERY day using a hollistic food and lifestyle centred approach.
Why is this important to me
As a Mum to a little girl growing up in a world where 43% of girls who loved sport are dropping out of sport by the end of primary school due to their periods and other hormonal symptoms and 78% of girls avoid sport during their periods (Women in Sport, 2022), this terrifies me.
I want for nothing to hold her back, especially something so natural and necessary. I believe that the most effective way for this to become reality to to build a world around her where this is the norm, where no girl falls out of love with movement because of her period and PE is the best lesson of the week, every week! Regardless of their cycle stage and hormonal symptoms.

Who Am I?
For me, when it comes to training performance and hormonal health, its personal.
In 2017 I was over training and under fuelling for the London Marathon. Needless to say, I didn’t make it to race day. I spent the next 3 months in bed with exhaustion and zero energy. After harassing doctors that I needed my blood work checked I was finally diagnosed with Iron-deficiency induced chronic fatigue.
And so began my nutrition knowledge quest. I needed to know how my body worked and responded to training and nutrition.
In 2019 I became a level 3 Personal Trainer. working at David Loyd, Nuffield Health and boutique gyms.
In 2021 I graduated as a Nutritional Therapist with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition. I worked as an online Nutrition Coach for the Fit Clinic and was working for a boutique Wimbledon Gym as a Nutrition Coach. I also founded Abi Davies Nutrition.
In 2023 I completed my diploma in Performance Nutrition and this year (2025) I became a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor.
I have run two marathons and a handful of halves and have learnt how to fuel and recover optimally.
And now I want to help you.
