Transformation takes time, your hormones and training won’t transform over night (as much as we’d all love that!). Thats why my packages run over a 12 weeks, although you’re welcome to continue working with me on a monthly basis after your initial 3 month commitment.

Working together over 12 weeks allows me to offer truly personalised and science based nutrition nutrition and lifestyle advice helping you to achieve your goals and see results as you begin to hack your hormones and optimise your training.

My 1:1 coaching package costs just £180 per month (minimum 3 month commitment) and includes:

  • a full initial diet, training and lifestyle assessment (90 minutes)

  • monthly 30 minute catch up call

  • weekly email check-ins

  • Personalised nutrition recommendations based on your training goals, phase and hormonal needs

  • nutrition analysis

  • continuous coaching and support

  • Supplement suggestions

  • Body composition, metabolism and hormonal testing are also available.

A Power Hour nutritional consultation with me costs just £120 and includes:

  • a full initial diet, training and lifestyle assessment (60 minutes)

  • Comprehensive notes and feedback

  • Personalised nutrition advice
